Researched 1/2" drills and decided on the Rockwell ProGrade 18 volt because of it's features. When I learned that Rockwell offered free batteries for the life of the drill that clinched it. I'm have a Makita 3/8 drill for 12 years and still use but the Rockwell is sooo much better.

This is the third Rockwell product I have purchased in the last 2 months. Great torque with plenty of clutch settings so you wont't drive screws all the way to China where it was made. Great quality product. Lowest price was at Amazon.com with free shipping although it took them 8 days to ship it even though it was listed as being in stock. Two year warranty and free lifetime battery replacement for original purchaser.
